Team arrived on time and jumped into the work straightaway. Marian and his colleague Gurami were very professional, friendly and helpful. They attended to even small requests I made. They wrapped the fragile items with bubble-wrappers. They handled all the items with utmost care. When they found the 3-seater sofa difficult to move out of the house, Marian cleverly dismantled it into small parts and reassembled it in the new house without any issue. They worked fast all the time. Charge was reasonable. I would definitely use Movivan again.

. I’ve moved 9 times in my life , and this moving company is unprofessional and even dodgy .
0 care for customers items.
-They were not equiped with a trolley so they took for ever to load/unload
- The movers barely spoke English
- they didn’t want to label our boxes
- they didn’t fill even half of each boxes . That’s why they used a lot more than planned .
- they packed things nobody else packs without asking (eg: toiletries bag, wet towel etc)
- they packed things we told them not to pack
- they pack stuff with water from the bathroom which leaked in the boxes (eg:showed gel )
- they packed clothes with lamps and other items that were not related at all
- they trough some small items in the truck without packing them
-they were also supposed to pack fragile large items with bubble wrap which they didn’t do etc.
They damaged a few items and when I complained to their manager Ivan he said I didn’t declare the value of the goods so he ll only give me more than £40 and that I should be happy because his guys were hardworking . I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company.

With myself away the week of the move and my wife working part of it as well.. we were looking at an almost impossible task.

Ivan and his team stepped up to the challenge with hardly any notice, packing AND moving all of our belongings AND my office equipment AND an incredibly heavy victorian safe.

I can't emphasise enough how much work was involved, they did absolutely everything, never complained once, it was amazing.

Thanks again Ivan for making our move to our new home as frictionless as possible, putting all our fears to rest and taking care of absolutely everything. We loved your motto 'nothing is impossible' and hope you and your team enjoyed the fish and chips in our new front garden!

At first I was concerned by some of the bad reviews that I stumbled across for Movivan Ltd.
I should express how glad I am since Movivan have provided support in my transfer to Brighton.
I am rating every process highly, starting from the quoting about the costs for the services and continue with the good job that the team did with the packing and loading. In every step the company was clear and understood our requests. Another winning star is the free survey service by Miro and the flexibility and readiness that this team have. The price has no match either and was the top notch. For packing materials and with the labor work that the guys have done, they charged reasonably.
If I can summarise the experience with Movivan with a sentence, I will describe it with the words: “Expertise that will be rewarded with loyalty.”.

Movivan was suggested by a very good friend who just used them to move to High Wycombe. I gave them a call, and they had such great customer service. And it was such a reasonable quote, I went with them, and I'm glad I did. The service they provided, the team that was sent, even during the move I had to hire another van through them, and it was such a smooth transaction with them. The move was completed efficiently, and no headaches or hick up's. I would advised you to give them a call, you will not regret it.

We have contacted movivan as we found them to be local.Evan came around to estimate the job and gave us a good price.He sent 3 big guys to pack the day before.All my glasses and mirrors were covered as evan exlplained to me.On Monday 2 vans and 4 guys came and loaded everything in 3 hours.Again they covered everything as we were a bit worried.
Everything now is unpacked and very happy nothing was damgaed or broken.Me and my husband will recommend you to everyone.

I was approached by at least 10 removal companies and at the end I have chosen Movivan removals to move me to Portsmouth.They came most affordable and they sounded professional too.A specialist was sent to give me a fixed price which was acceptable.The 2 men crew came 9 am sharp and was polite with good manners ,friendly and quick,They had to disconnect my washing machine which no issue for them.At the unloading they were again efficient and all placed as I wanted.Very happy and will recommend this company.

I personally had a great experience with Movivan removals. From the moment I contacted them a survey was arranged and the very next day a competitive quote was sent. On the day the removals team turned up on time with 2 trucks and 4 people. They were very thorough and professional with carefully moving items and unloading and positioning them at the new place as required. Based on my experience I can highly recommend Movivan as a professional company to assist with your removals needs.

Excellent professional service guys arrived on time.
We are extremely happy with Movivan company to move my family to Brighton within short period of time. Ivan, surveyor visited 3 days before our move gave us free home survey and he was very polite and pleasant to speak with the price was reasonable and everything was explained in details. They staff came on time and were friendly. It took them all day to do it and they finished late around 11am, but did not stop for a second. There was damages and everything was delivered as it was before the move. It was a stress free experience.

We used the services on 25th August. They were really good with timings and we were happy with the services until we realised they have not assembled double bed in master bedroom properly. They left two parts of the bed outside
So we called them on 27th and spoke to Ivan and he promised he will call back and send someone to get it fixed and since then we never received any call
Finally we called someone from other company to get problem fixed and paid extra money because there is no after service for movivan they only promise for after service but don't bother to rectify mistakes.

It was a rainy cold day but 2 removal vans and 3 strong men turned up to put some 30 years collection of boxes, furniture etc. the 3 men worked tirelessly and then arrived before us in Christchurch and waited patiently in the rain as we had to pick up the keys from the estate agent 5 miles away! Everything was emptied into a tiny 2 bed flat on the first floor without a lift. All I could do was to provide hot drinks and biscuits and before we knew they were ready to leave. I rewarded them with some cash and the promise to give them a good send-down which took me 3 weeks to do. Loved speaking to such a motivated Bulgarian team, not forgetting the boss who had noticed my Russian matrioshka when he visited us first. An excellent company and we will highly recommend Movivan.

Brilliant services from everyone in this company.Recveived a visit from their representitive Miro who left us with really good impresion about movivan.The price was good and after a small discount we accepted their offer.It was 2 days, long hours but there were no complaints or big lunch breaks.These guys worked really hard and you can tell they love what they are doing.
I had a call from their office to check and to make sure I am alright which was nice.
I will highly recommend movivan removals to everyone as it was a high quality service from the very start until the end.

We moved from Berkshire to West Wales. The Movivan guys managed to pack up our 5 bedroom house in 3 hours finishing at 20.30. The next day they drove to West Wales and we were supposed to move in at Midday. Due to problems with the people at the start of the chain, we could not move in until after 18:00 the next day. The guys stayed overnight, waited all day and then started unloading at 18:00 finishing at 21:30. They were unbelievably flexible and professional.
Oh, I forgot to mention - not one item was damaged !!
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

From the survey of our house to calculate and give us quote to unpacking the last boxes, I can highly recommend the service I received. Their packing guys were fantastic and I would say that things were over-packed with extra care. Not one single thing broken, not even one scratch, everything is exactly as it was before it went into the boxes. On moving day 4 men came on time and were polite, professional, and good fun . All the boxes and furniture were carried to the rooms we asked, regardless of narrow hallways, doors, or stairs. And the garden stuff was carried straight through to avoid making a mess and to their exact location. . I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will tell everyone to choose this company-Movivan!

Ivan visited our home back in March and was friendly and cheerful.He gave us very good price and got into all details how the move will be organized.Everything sounded good and we decided to use them.We had some cheaper quotes, but didn't sound very reliable.Ivan sent big team and one big lorry.The guys were extremely helpful and hard working.They had to do 2 trips as they couldn't fit everything but it was all done very professional.
I had a call from their office during the move to check if I need any further assistance, so overall it was an exceptional service.Very happy I chose movivan guys.
